Specific client deliverables, project timelines, milestones, and payment terms are governed by individualized Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA) executed between the parties.
2. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree to use our Site only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:
- Submit malicious scripts, automated bot inquiries, spam, or false lead data.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the vulnerability of our web servers or network systems.

Client Work Product: Upon full payment of all invoiced fees under a signed project contract, intellectual property rights for custom code, graphic assets, and deliverables created specifically for the client are assigned to the client in accordance with the applicable MSA or SOW.

Any third-party brand names, logos, or registered trademarks (such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, Meta, HP, Canon, Epson, Shopify, etc.) displayed on this website are used strictly under fair use principles for identification, descriptive, and compatibility reference purposes. GlowPath Ventures LLC is an independent technology service provider and claims no direct sponsorship, affiliation, or authorized OEM representation unless formally certified.
